The Space:

Named for the beloved local surf spot right around the corner, this one-story condo puts you in the middle of Cocoa Beach's laid-back surf culture, whether you're chasing an early break or just chasing sunshine.

Living space

The living area carries a relaxed, surf-inspired feel throughout, with comfortable furnishings and beach-culture touches that set the tone the moment you walk in. There's a dedicated workspace if you need to check in on things, and enough room around the dining table for the whole group to gather over meals.

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, room-darkening shades for easy sleep-ins, and extra pillows and blankets on hand. Bed linens, towels, and other essentials are provided throughout your stay.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, toaster, and coffee provided. Whip up a quick bite between beach sessions or a full dinner after a day of exploring.

Bathroom

The bathroom includes a bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water, stocked with shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products for your convenience.

Set on 4th Street, you're a short walk from the sand and surf, with a shared pool on-site for lounging between beach trips. A backyard and BBQ grill make it easy to unwind outdoors, and beach essentials - towels, umbrella, blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided so you can head straight to the water. Free parking is available on premises, plus free street parking nearby.

This single-level home has no stairs, and pets are allowed. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple, any time you land.



Guest Access:

The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned parking for each unit.

Located just 4 blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach, the beach, shops and restaurants are all just a quick walk or bike ride away. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent in the area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

-The pool is under repair
