”We thought the room set-up could have been improved by having a desk and 2 chairs rather than a round table and 2 heavy chairs. Adding a module for 3-pronged plugs and USB cords would greatly help those of us who must use laptops and/or tablets. The hotel was convenient to everything. The common outdoor area was lovely. ”The addressin is misleading, it leads to a locked gate, which from you cannot enter the resort. At the gate should be directions to check-in, but the box where they should have been was empty. At least there was a phone number, where you had to call to get directions to the check-in point.”

”Perfect location, well appointed rooms, excellent service. The attention to detail really makes this place special. The location is beautiful and conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and shops without being noisy or crowded. Coffee and breakfast service is amazing. The property is right on the creek which looks and sounds beautiful. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved the in room fireplace. This place is a real gem. ”

”The Penrose B&B was a perfect, quiet, warm and inviting place to stay away from the busy commercial hotel/motel center of Sedona. Located in a neighborhood not far from the Bell rock trailhead, it was wonderful to come “home” to this place after an all-day hike! Not to mention the complimentary “snacks and beverages” and gourmet breakfast every morning. If you’re looking for a quaint B&B in the traditional sense of “warm hospitality”, this is it! I stayed in the Kokopelli room. ”

”The unit's location is very accessible to the freeway, grocery store and dining options! The community is quiet and well maintained. The unit's floor plan is good, sized just right and the 2 bedrooms are big as well as the bathrooms. The washer and dryer is a big help and dishwasher as well! ”The Place was very nice and cozy… the shower was wonderful! Her Kitchen was stocked with all a Vacation cook would Need… What we missed was a little microwave, for reheating left overs, coffee and Tea.. ”The Garden Oasis was perfect for our 3-night stay in Sedona. The house is nestled into a nice, quiet neighborhood, and the Sugarloaf trailhead is only about 4 houses away.
