”We never saw or talked to anyone at the property from the time we checked-in until we checked out. They leave a sign with your name on it and instructions on what to do. A lot of stairs and hallways made hauling large luggage awkward. They ask you to take your shoes off on entry. Carrying shoes and hauling luggage was even more awkward. It is easy to slip on the stairs in stocking feet. If you don’t give 48 hours notice you cannot have breakfast. For a boutique hotel they could over some sort...

”Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff seemed a little weirded out that two guys would be checking in together (especially the valets). I always stay here when I visit Spokane and this stay was almost perfect.”

”The lady at the front desk saw I had the little girls with me. Asked me first if we could be put by the pool. I said that’s fine. Get to the room it was super clean, tidy and everything worked. The walls had ample places to hook chargers up to. USB and usb-C ports between the beds and at the desk.
