”Upon arrival, we found a number of items that were not cleaned prior to our arrival. Attached are pictures showing cobwebs, dirty air vent and dripping down the wall, molding coffee grounds in the coffee maker, spilled/frozen drippings in the freezer, light fixture globes filled with debris, cracked floor tiles and damaged floor trim -- please attached photos.Additionally, after getting unpacked and close to bedtime for the grandkids, we were informed that the A/C unit was repaired the day...
