You will enjoy an entrance hall and a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor, then upstairs, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and storage space, a living room with a large sofa bed and a TV, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, and a separate toilet. A reading area and board games are at your disposal. The gîte is located in a village, close to greenways, and also ideally situated on the Nancy-Metz axis, 10 minutes from the A4 and A31 motorways. Shopping areas are 10-15 minutes away. Finally, many tourist attractions are within a 30-minute radius: Pokeyland park, ideal for families, is 15 minutes away; The city of Metz, with its historic center, museums, cathedral, and covered market, is 20 minutes away; the town of Amnéville, with its thermal baths, zoo, and golf course, is 30 minutes away.
