”We were given a lovely big room (223) with 3 windows which all had a view of the countryside and one even had distant sea views. The staff were very polite and helpful especially the Receptionist when we arrived. There was plenty of parking available and Cromer, Sheringham and Blakeney are just a short drive away. There are plenty of country walks near the hotel and we walked to Cromer and Sheringham (hard going over the "Beeston Bump" but well worth it). We ate at the hotel one night and the...

”Lovely hotel and very friendly staff, next time will back direct as that way you get free breakfast.

”Had a lovely stay this weekend. The cooked breakfast was lovely! Staff very friendly. I liked the trolley available to help ourselves to top ups of towels, water and extra tea and coffee supplies. Quiet location.
Bed was a little creaky, but comfortable, on ground level which was nice too.
Bathroom grouting could do with a little de-moulding, and shower heads could be a little higher. Also plug sockets by the bed would also be more helpful. But overall, i cant complain and would stay again!”

Reception staff really helpful .
Staff in the dining area were good both in the evening dining and breakfast.
Good choice for breakfast .
Room was clean and the bathroom also.
Parking at the hotel very convenient as we used the park and ride to Norwich town centre which was located close to the hotel .
Overall very pleased with our stay .”
