I usually have great experiences at Sleep Inns, but this was totally off. The second I stepped off the elevator I was hit with a heat wave in the hallway of my room, thus my room was super hot also. I had to listen to the AC drone on for the entire time of my two night stay just to keep my room semi comfortable. The remote for my TV was missing, and although the super friendly front desk gal helped me search high and low for it, her only solution was to have me change rooms…. after I had already completely unpacked (apparently they don’t have any spare remotes). I declined the room change because I was exhausted and just dealt with no TV. There was no lotion in the dispenser, there also was no cold water from the tap (weird, right?!) and the shower floor was dirty and extremely slippery. Not to mention the bathroom floor in front of the toilet definitely had not been cleaned. The one thing positive that I can say is that the bed was comfortable but all in all, it was not a good stay.
