”Extremely disappointed by the overall experience here. First, the bathroom in the main lobby had poop all over the women’s toilet. Absolutely disgusting to see. Then the rooms were ridiculously loud above and around us. I had to ask for help to quiet the guests around 8 times and NOTHING came from it. The guests continued their loud behaviors and the staff offered no compensation and did nothing about it. I’ll be calling upper management this week. The hallways smelled like marajuana and the...

”The staff was great. They were very helpful. The room was clean and accommodating. We left our truck there while we were gone for 5 days, and there wasn't a scratch on it.
I have to mention the shuttle lady. She was Great! We connected with her on many levels. She is fun, witty, and communicates well. She is a great asset to your company! ”

”Our assigned room was on the third floor; however the elevator was out of service. After hauling a couple of suitcases up two floors it was obvious that we would not be able to stay. ”Everything was perfect! Clean, well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels. Very cozy feel. Holiday decorations were awesome. Best part was the hot tub! All our soreness was gone. It was such a relaxing stay. Loved everything. ”
