”This historic property is extremely well-maintained and very comfortable even for an extended stay. It is really the centerpiece of Anniston. Most of the staff were very helpful and pleasant after a bumpy check-in experience. Breakfast was generous if a little uneven. There are a few indications on Expedia that are not quite accurate anymore, but that doesn't take away from a generally very positive stay.”

”Everything was as expected. Pool was small and crowded so didn't use. But overall nice”

”The shower head leaked extremely bad and sprayed all over the floor. The breakfast was very limited and left alot to be desired. Its a smoke free building and our room smelled like a poker game from cigarette smoke and staff just sprayed air freshener. There were baseball tournaments in town, so we had teenage boys running up and down the halls unsupervised until late. Overall the hotel looks nice, but its a budget version of a regular nice hotel.”

”I didn't like the fact that the first floor door rattled when anyone came out of their room. I had to put a rolled towel under the door and prop a chair against it to keep it from rattling. I didn't get to sleep until after 10:30PM”

”Breakfast”

”Room was dirty. There was shredded cheese on the counter and floor. Linens were old. We went to TJ Max and bought sheets/pillows and blanket. It's an old Motel 6 type motel that's been painted and the paint didn't even match and they didn't even patch the old nail holes.”

”Did like to look like there was nobody at the front desk at all. You had to do everything from a stupid kiosk. My son was disappointed because there was no pool. It was concrete over and you couldn't use the gym because it was all locked up and my other problem was their breakfast and comfy was terrible”

”No soap in the shower. Ceiling paint was flaking, toilet seat was in poor condition, floor was damp from humidity, front door was missing weather stripping. No breakfast was a deal breaker!! All metal in the room had rust. Pluses would be a good tv and refrigerator. Refrigerator did have 2 bottles of pop in it. One had been open. This place is being used for long term rentals. They did not know we were coming until they refreshed their computer. One of the outlets did not have a plate.”
