”Quick 1 nite sisters trip. We had very convenient rooms on 1st floor near lobby. Made dinner & breakfast reservations thru open table..or u can call hotel directly. Dinner in Conquistadore was fantastic. All 3 meals were well prepared & flavorful. Breakfast in la hacienda also good..theres a buffet daily or al la cart. Sun brunch & afternoon tea,cooking lessons etc.. yes its a bit dated ; may not be best choice for ADA,but the value for the price was fair. pretty property.”

”Sheila the front desk person who checked us in was very nice. The room was clean, but a bit worn. The countertop was beginning to flake on the bottom. They had common bottles of shampoo and body soap, but no lotion. A family of two women and three small children were checked into the room next to us at 8 pm. There was a common door between the rooms and of course the children wanted to open it. It was pretty noisy for a couple of hours, but then everybody settled in. There was some crying in the...

”I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one stands out as the best by far. It’s truly exceptional—every detail is stunning, from the entrance to the serene lake in the back. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was warm and welcoming, and I have absolutely no complaints. This place is absolutely beautiful!”

”We have stayed here many times but it has been a couple of years since our last stay. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness. Floors looked like they had not been vacuumed in ages, sink and toilet were dirty. Also the tub faucet leaked constantly. There’s no daily housekeeping so you have to ask for towels and wash clothes daily. ”
