”The whole resort was a vibe. It’s secluded which makes it different from the other casinos. The food was good. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The bar and live music was great. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I do wish was that the shower door extended all the way to keep the hot water in and the floor from being so wet but that’s minor because everything else was great. Will definitely visit again!!”

”Positive things first: location is great (near metro and whole foods, walking distance to Georgetown, DuPont circle etc.), the room was big and had a real kitchen. Some of the staff members were super nice and helpful and some were not. But the room was not only really outdated but partially almost falling apart. And the cleaning was also so and so or then the room was just so worn-out that it just looked dirty no matter how much cleaning was done. Not going back before major renovations. ”

”Rooms should have USB type C ports in today's world. You just can't skip it. Nobody uses old usb compatible devices anymore and the this issue with these old ports is, the power output. They lack to transfer required power to devices that are to be charges with usb type c connector. Second: not sure if i remember correctly but the hotel website showed hot breakfast which is not the case while Portum is shut. Rest staff, rooms, and amenities were all good. ”
