”We had an excellent stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Tysons. The service was amazing from beginning to end, and everyone was professional, kind, and attentive. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The amenities were also in excellent condition, which made the stay feel even more relaxing.
The spa was fantastic and one of the highlights of the visit. The hotel is also extremely convenient because it is connected to Tysons Galleria, so there are great food options, shopping,...

”Check-in experience was unprofessional and didn’t include any basic guidance (review of amenities, check-out time, etc.) let alone the amenity credit I was supposed to receive.
The first room I was given had a broken AC. I called multiple times to get it fixed but ultimately had to go downstairs and demand being reassigned to a room with a functioning AC. The second room we were assigned had a functioning AC, but the temperature never made it to what it was assigned.

”Beautiful hotel. Lovely gym. You could tell it’s new - some hiccups. I tried to call before I got there and the number on google and Expedia didn’t work. Check in was a bit glitchy.
The shower gel and hand soap were switched. Took a long time for the water to get hot.
