”The host Joyce was so hospitably and friendly.Easy check in instructions, clean and private space with all the amenities. Very close to UofI and walking distance to downtown. Farmers market on Saturday's. The host recommended several lical spots and went above and beyond to make our a pleasant one. Baked Scones too! We'll definitely visit again. stayy”

”This property was everything advertised and then some. Its a small room, but very clean and decorated very cute. There's a fridge for anything you need to store. Easy to walk just minutes to down town. We took advantage of the upstairs patio and laundry. Such a bonus. Great place. we will be booking again when we visit our son.”

”The Mod Pod was an amazing little home. From the sign welcoming us to the house to the fridge stocked with basics, these people packed in the little details. It was so nice to have my own bed to sleep in at night, and the decor throughout the house was beautiful. My sister described the style perfectly, saying it was Scandinavian. Anyway, this basement was a great rental, and I would definitely recommend. (The person who wrote this review is 14 if that helps with perspective.)”

”The views are amazing . At night you hear the frogs and crickets . In the morning and evening you hear the many birds . The pond has bass in it . We did not play frisky golf, but walked the trails to see turkeys. In the evening deer would come down to the clearing . My 76 year old uncle loved the animals. Watched and listen to them on the many bench’s you can sit . We would stay again.”

”They had just don't work for this property and when we got there, just a few more things needed to be in place. ANYTHING we asked they were there to answer! ANYTHING missing, they were there to provide. SUPER NICE hosts, quiet and clean location and the apartment was beautiful. She has long term tenants and they were so friendly. Less than a 15 minute walk to downtown and UOI. I do hope to stay with Bekah and Matt again! Just 10* all the way!!”

”I was in town for the Grazing Hills Fiber Festival to sell my beautiful alpaca fiber and needed somewhere cool and quiet to spend the weekeend nights. It was a cute studio, with everything I needed! The AC unit blocked out the upstairs footsteps, which helped. Parking was great! And nice to be able to walk to food! Will consider staying here next summer. Thank you!”

”What a great location for us to stay for the weekend! It’s only about a 5 minute drive to U of I campus where my daughter will be an incoming freshman this fall. The flat is very small and probably better suited to a couple of people. It was a bit of a tight squeeze with 3 of us in the apartment, but we made it work. The property was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend Fried Egg Flat if you’re in town for a quick weekend. We would definitely stay again!”
