”Better than any LaQuinta I've stayed at and definitely made me feel welcome!”

”Friendly staff clean rooms. Only complying had was that the room doors were hard to open. Noticed several others struggling until you figured out you had to push really hard because the doors stick. Breakfast was good and fresh. They alternated the meat Pool was nice. I’d definitely stay there again.”

”We had a two day stay. Checking in was pretty easy. Our room had to see better days. The mattress had stains on it, the ceiling looks like something exploded on it and walls looked like they were in the middle of taking down wall paper. The bathtube/shower had rust. The beds were somewhat comfortable.”

”We couldn’t get the tv to work or the hair dryer. No mini fridge in the room either. It was basic but clean”

”The staff was friendly, the breakfast was satisfactory. The cleanliness of the room (bathroom) was suspect. The tv was outdated and the controller was complicated and aged.”

”The staff was super friendly. The motel is close to everything yet quiet. Room was clean and looked recently updated. The only concern (not a complaint), the pool area may need some tlc to match the rest of the motel. My family and i will definitely stay again. ❤️”

”The Morgantown Hotel is like walking into a 1940's hotel. Very well taken care of and our room was excellent. Bed was so comfy I didn't want to get out of it. We wish we had had time to explore the area, but alas was on our way back home!”

”The room was a little dirty but still adequate. The front desk man, I believe named Andrew was fabulous though! He gave us great suggestions and was happy to be of assistance.”

”Loved my stay at this motel. The friendliest staff I have ever encountered, so helpful and friendly. Everything is so clean and well maintained. Sits up high with wonderful mountain scenery.”

”The parking lot was nice and big, no problems getting into and leaving the property. I tried to check the tub drain and it came out of the tub drain mechanism. But I didn’t want a bath so I didn’t worry about it, and left the piece in the tub area. The WiFi worked well with no connection problems. My wife said the coffee at the front desk was very good. She absolutely needs her coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.”

”Went to take a shower no bath towels in room. It was 8:30 pm. Front desk said she was trying to fold them since 3pm and we would have to wait 45min for them. When we checked in around 4 she was sitting in office doing not much. Checking in was an inconvenience to her. I had to ask about breakfast times, never told us about wifi sign in. Told the morning girl Checking us out that the orange juice tasted bad and she smiled and said thanks for staying with us. Never again will I use this brand.”

”The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, the room smelled like wet dog and everything in the room was covered with dust. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you can't see in the mirror after showering.”

”Pool was closed and that was not revealed until after reservation was made. When I made the reservation I was told that the breakfast buffet was included but actually it is $ 15.00 per person. There was no conditioner in our bathroom and I asked for it twice but it was never provided.”
