”There is no onsite staff, seemed deserted, communication for checkin was not as described and took three attempts to reach someone throughout the course of the day. Was even hung up by same staff member when trying to describe my discomfort with staying there by myself with my daughter in a place that didn’t seem to have any activity. I was told to deal with Expedia and that I would not be getting a refund from her and good luck finding another place to stay on busy move in weekend.”

”Was close to a good restaurant pub you can walk to. The parking lot had a crater that almost took my oil pan, quiet, close to WSU. All hotels expensive due to college starting”

”Air conditioner worked well. It kept our room at a cool temperature during 90⁰ degree days. We reserved a room with a single queen bed but was told that room flooded so we were given a room with 2 full size beds. The mattresses were so bad my wife and I constantly rolled to the center of the bed running into each other. We always carry Lysol wipes and am very thankful we did. The counters were dirty and there was mold around the sink drains. We were unable to shower due to the pink mold all over...
