âour third visit to Grazianella. We just love this place. Best Tuscan views, silence, great pool area, big & cozy rooms & bathroom. Breakfast with cold cuts, fresh fruits and great cappuccino. New owner has although changed dinner consept; we loved old one; fixed price and every day changing Tuscan menu plus great wines. Still food was great, but ordering from menu(we missed surprise part and of course pricing was different)â

âBeautiful area, very cosy and romantic Villa with an excellent service and all the amenities you need. We visited at the end of the season and the place was empty. We were the only customers. However, the hotel didn't bargain in service, the breakfast was made for an army of people when we were just the two of us eating. All the premises are in excellent condition, clean and modern. We will absolutely make another visit when in Toscany next time.â

âChe dire ECCEZIONALE! La struttura Ăš bellissima di gran classe, noi abbiamo soggiornato nella junior suite che con la vasca idromassaggio Ăš veramente uno spettacolo. Il punto forte Ăš la possibilitĂ di prenotare la zona SPA privatamente per un'ora, in alternativa si puĂČ usufruire della zona piscina che Ăš top! Colazione ottima, di qualitĂ e servita in un'area molto bella, che poi Ăš la stessa che viene usata la sera per chi vuole cenare e anche qui la qualitĂ della cena Ăš da 5 stelle. Infine...

âThis hotel was amazing! The room was very clean and the service was good, everyone so nice and helpful. We enjoyed a lot our stay. The breakfast was very good and the service was amazing. The hotel is located in the city center of Perugia so it was easy to get to the places in the city. The location was perfect. We liked a lot our room and slept very well in this hotel. â

âNo flaws. It was very clean and had amazingly renovated bathroom. The big balcony with a hot tub was an insanely good experience. So everything about the room and hotel was just perfect.â
