”Our room was great. Staff were helpful but only remote. Bathroom was poor. Several toilets clogged and some showers not working. Kitchen was not clean. Location was great although off site parking is an issue. Good cheap restaurants in area. Nighttime noisy with cars burning out. For a cheap night stay and dealing with hostel conditions this place is good for a short stay with money to enjoy Providence.”

”They gave me room that wasn’t even finished being cleaned so I had to wait in the hall for 10mins for the cleaner to get done and when I went in the bathroom had hair all in it she didn’t even vacuum the side night stand had liquid on it nothing was wiped down the tables had crumbs and smudged food on them. And the people across the hall was extremely loud and was up until after 1am yelling in the halls loud music and slamming doors”

”The property does not feel safe. No hot water. Water leaked to the next floor. Online pics is definitely not what you get
I do want to say though the woman I checked in with and the young lady I checked out after booking another hotel that night, were great it was not their fault and the manager who reached out to me refunded me my money with no questions. The customer service from the employees was great. It definitely was the property that made me rate this terrible ”

”Wonderful place. You can tell they take a lot of pride with this property. The room was really comfortable and exceptionally clean. The decor was pleasing and unlike any other motel I have stayed in. Check in was easy and during my 3 night stay it was very quiet. Which was greatly appreciated.
