”Probably the cleanest room I've ever booked anywhere. The room was also very quiet for having people right next to us; we didn't hear anybody else at all. Very easy check-in and wonderful amenities. I'm recommending this place to everyone I know.”

”Everything here was fantastic! The mansion itself was stunning, and even the Carriage House had its own bit of charm. One thing that I would love to say to the property owners, is that the shower in the Equestrian Suite did not have functioning hot water. Not sure if the hot water was shut off, or what. Please look into it! Other than that, our stay was fantastic!”

The gentleman at the front desk lacked professionalism as the front desk person is an ambassador of the establishment..personally, if you're unhappy with your management or corporate heads, I believe you should deal with them, not your customers...however, he was helpful with the sign on for wifi Unfortunately, this location is in need of some tlc...the ice machine wasn't working and it appeared it hadn't for sometime...bathroom door...

”Clean room. Staff was welcoming to the property. Easy to get to. We did not use the pool or the hot tub - but they looked very nice. Our room overlooked the pool. Our friends stayed in a room with a balcony and the view was beautiful.”

”We enjoyed our stay! The staff was helpful and let us park before check-in while we walked around the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the room was just fine for our family of 3. Breakfast was a hit for our toddler and we were thrilled to have so many options for him. The pool area was great! It was so nice that the front desk had pool toys to borrow. The location of this hotel is truly unbeatable! My only criticism is that the room could have been a bit cleaner, but our stay was...
