”The phone did not work, so we had to walk to the front office whenever we had an issue. They never came to clean our room or give us fresh towels in the 3 days we were there. The tv jet coming on spontaneously in the middle of the night the first night. The bed was very comfortable & the diner just a few minutes away was amazing!”

”My experience at Motel 6 was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
The first issue was the condition of the rooms. They smelled strongly of smoke, which made the stay uncomfortable. But the bigger problem was with the staff and how my reservation was handled.
I paid in advance for 7 nights, and during my 6th night, I returned to the hotel to find that all of my belongings had been removed from my room. The staff claimed I was supposed to check out that day and kept my $50 deposit, even...
