”My first room had a running toilet upon check in that wouldn’t stop and when I tried to call the front desk, I discovered the phone line had been cut from the wall. Reluctantly, I was given a new room. The next morning, the rooms adjacent to my original room, as well as the original, were flooded out and had fans running in them.
My room had a table and desk, but no chairs, and the freezer in the mini fridge was almost completely filled with ice, rendering it unusable.
