”The staff sucked. There was a problem with a tv in my room and they insisted it was because I didn’t have a wall switch on. Turned out it was the tv. Just lazy staff, didn’t want deal with the issue. They could let keep the water filled in the lobby and the rooms had no glasses or cups for water. Not to mention 0 ice on the floor. But the biggest thing…they make you pay for parking! $15 fee with $1.50 a night. Ye F that. It’s not like this hotel is in the city…it’s on the western side...

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The property was under construction during my visit, and many of the advertised amenities were unavailable. Additionally, the room walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. I understand renovations are sometimes necessary, but guests should be informed in advance and accommodations should be made to minimize the inconvenience.”

”Be careful about the parking !! I had reservations for 2 nights and had to use their parking which is handled by a 3rd party. It is $18 a day plus service fee. I am having to dispute this with my card company. They charged me for 11 days !!! The hotel was no help with this. Also, when I checked in it took 3 trips to the desk to finally be able to get in my room. They have a restaurant attached where you can get coffee and etc at a price. Basically the staff was rude, the parking situation was...

”NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE AVAILABLE- Waited 45 minutes at airport then told they didn't have shuttle for return to airport the following morning! Had to pay for taxi and uber to and from. This "benefit' was one of the reasons we booked.”

”The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. I booked a room that had a separate area for the bed, but didn't receive it. We were only staying one night, so we decided to make it work. Went to pull out the sofa bed and it was missing the mattress. Had to transfer to a different room that did have one. That sofa bed had crumbs and things under the mattress and the mattress was stained. Overall fine for the 1 night stay though.”

”Although the beds were good, staff was friendly, and place was clean this is a bare minimum standard. The hot tub wasn't heated (which was 1 of my 2 criteria for selecting a hotel), the food selection in the shop all needed microwaved but none available, and the pool area didn't have the towels stocked. The previous hotel we stayed at was a third the price and had towels, food, and 2 working hot tubs.”

”The room was big and clean.
The breakfast was ok but we missed some cheese. It was a bit difficult with the shuttle bus, because it did not leave at specific times, but you had to call the hotel. I called twice and waited a long time before they answered. Then they could not tell how long we had to wait. Anything up to some hours. When we finally got the bus after one hour everything worked well. According to the price we were quite happy with the hotel, but next time we probably choose a hotel...

”It was pretty clean and spacious, the staff was nice, and the pools were fun. But the elevator next to our room was broken - and without signage - for the duration of our stay, which was not disclosed to us at check-in. Also, our sliding door to the patio was broken, letting in all the sounds from outside. And the toilet was broken, so we kept having to take the top off the fix it so it would flush. Our family had a great time in the area, but we were disappointed with the broken items.”
