”Helpful and friendly staff. The apartment was very spacious and clean with gated parking for security. The location is great and close to shops, the freeway and the city.”

”room had nice city views. bed was comfortable Mold in shower and sliding shower door came off as i closed it. Very limited amenities. no conditioner refilled in the shower and 2 coffee sticks in the room and when we asked for more i was handed 2 more. no Wi-Fi for the TV. had to hotspot from phone. Rubbish stuffed in the sofa bed and no rubbish bin unless in bathroom ”

”For what you’re paying I don’t believe you are getting any special 5 star experience. The staff at reception are not particularly friendly, especially when you call them from your room. That’s if you are able to get through to them, the phone is perpetually engaged. I had a tray table that was not collected for more than 24 hours which is not acceptable. The in-room dining options are very limited. Over all, I would say your front office staff needs better training on how to speak to guests. Or...

”The apartment was great. A real home from home. Well equipped kitchen with all you need - dinning area had great views and the lounge area was comfortable and had a large TV. The wrap-around balcony was lovely - get the sunrise and the sunset. The reception staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.”

”The hotel is conveniently located next to Mount Hospital where a family member was having an operation. Staff were very friendly and helpful and happily accommodated any requests. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and there were nice views of the city from our balcony. Restaurant had delicious food and coffee was very nice. Would definitely recommend ”
