”room had nice city views. bed was comfortable Mold in shower and sliding shower door came off as i closed it. Very limited amenities. no conditioner refilled in the shower and 2 coffee sticks in the room and when we asked for more i was handed 2 more. no Wi-Fi for the TV. had to hotspot from phone. Rubbish stuffed in the sofa bed and no rubbish bin unless in bathroom ”

”For what you’re paying I don’t believe you are getting any special 5 star experience. The staff at reception are not particularly friendly, especially when you call them from your room. That’s if you are able to get through to them, the phone is perpetually engaged. I had a tray table that was not collected for more than 24 hours which is not acceptable. The in-room dining options are very limited. Over all, I would say your front office staff needs better training on how to speak to guests. Or...

”The apartment was great. A real home from home. Well equipped kitchen with all you need - dinning area had great views and the lounge area was comfortable and had a large TV. The wrap-around balcony was lovely - get the sunrise and the sunset. The reception staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.”

”The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. People at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. However, there were two things that were a bit disappointing: 1. The building only has two elevators, one of them was out of order most of the time. Getting up or down would sometimes take ten minutes because the remaining elevator would stop at almost every floor 2. My room was quite noisy. I didn't really find out why, but I assume that the elevators moving up and down were pushing...
