In a residence with swimming pool (open according to prefectural decree), tennis court, club house and parking, close to shops, small children’s park and the beach, renovated apartment equipped for 4 people located on the 2nd floor, consisting of a living room with sofa bed 140 cm and TV overlooking terrace with open views of the hills, a separate kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, hood and small appliances). A bedroom with bed 140 cm and terrace and a bathroom-WC complete this property.
Your vehicle will find its place in the large car park of the closed residence.

Additional optional services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book in advance and collect it at the keys (kit double bed: 12.00 euros/ kit single bed: 9.00 euros/ kit towels: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
