It consists of an entrance, a bedroom with a bed 160 cm and balcony open mountain view, living/ dining room, sofa bed 140 cm, TV, kitchen with microwave, oven, ceramic hob, bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet. Garage (private box).

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and pick it up at the key handover (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towels kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who can, if they wish, make a household service request 72 hours before departure (rate communicated upon request)
