Our sophisticated apartment "Reni's relaxation Domizil" - in the quiet district of Leverkusen-Bürrig - is perfectly suited for trade fair visitors, as Leverkusen is located between the two trade fair metropolises of Cologne and Düsseldorf. Business guests will also find a good starting point here. The highway is approx. 2 km away, the S-Bahn approx. 800 m and the bus stops almost on the doorstep.



The apartment consists of a living room with balcony, bedroom, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and WC. It is located in a 2-family house on the top floor (2nd floor) and has an area of approx. 51m². All rooms have windows and are very bright. The apartment has been completely renovated and refurnished.



Great importance was attached to sustainability in the refurbishment and furnishing and the apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers. Among other things, the wooden floorboards have been refurbished, sisal carpeting laid, special comforters and pillows and much more.



The apartment offers you every comfort and is fully equipped, including TV in the living room and bedroom, each with internet connection, extra-long bed (220), bed linen, bathrobes, slippers and much more. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors, connected to a cell phone alarm system, ensure your safety.



A small selection of drinks, coffee, milk, sugar, fruit and snacks are available free of charge on your arrival so that you can relax and unwind. Of course, the beds are also prepared.



Certification by the DTV is still pending. There are also plans to install a wallbox.
