”I'm am I circumstances changed, and I was not able to keep the. Reservation, I bought the insurance. And was unable to use it. What kind of bologna is this.”

”The front desk gal was amazing! The lobby and corridors were clean and tidy. The room had coffee spills on the walls, broken glass windows, and a torn window screen. The bathroom had a horribly strong smell of cigarettes that would not dissipate despite the bathroom fan left to run continuously, and a used plunger was placed directly on the floor with dried bits of toilet tissue and other things stuck to it. The pool was lovely, but piles of cigarette butts on the surrounding pool deck.”

”The room had pubic hairs in the bathroom! And the tub needed to be redone better to cover up the mold. But it was a comfortable bed and very nice desk staff I would honestly go to another place for the same price in the area and have breakfast because the breakfast was nonexistent and very disappointing. We liked the coffee machine! That was awesome. Not worth it for the price. In my opinion there are other hotels in the area that are the same price that offer breakfast and are more updated as...

”My room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Parking was free so that was a plus as well.”

”Very basic and comfortable place to rest. This motel is on a very busy and loud(SUVs and motorcycles) corner at the gateway to the American River Rec. area. It is a very short stroll to Auburn historic downtown with pubs and excellent restaurants. It was Uber clean with a great shower. Somewhat worn but, again, location was excellent and wonderful helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.”

”The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and awesome! Officially this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The location is wonderful as a rest stop, is next to an In-n-Out, and very close to the American River and wonderful natural hiking spots in Auburn! Thanks, Holiday Inn staff for being so awesome :)”

”My staff was very nice and helpful. I was hesitant to stay there first cause it was a motel six however, when I went in, I just asked if the rooms were clean and the stuff actually let me go into the room to see for myself, which I thought was cool. It wasn’t a nice location with a great pizza place called Wally’s next door.”
