”I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The hotel is quite new and very clean and parking is excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a small seating area and a desk along with a large area for the king bed. The only recommendation I'd have is on the breakfast; the food both days was barely warm (scrambled eggs, oatmeal). ”Got there after driving 22 hours for the front desk person to tell me that they cancelled my reservation, without even contacting me. They told me that they notified Expedia, but I had and have not heard from either about a cancellation. Unprofessional.”

”The staff was extremely helpful with check in. Breakfast was good love that they have a waffle machine. The room was clean and overall a great experience. Make sure to check out the Dutch bros I recommended walking there and hanging out in their lobby. :)”

”The pictures online showed a property in much better condition than it actually was. We were told afterwards that the property was “actively working thru a process of upgrades and improvements”. Disgusting hallway carpeting, cheap furniture and a pool that has been closed for more than just our 3 day stay is just a start. Not at all what we expected from this hotel chain. Steer Clear of this one.”

”Make sure you check with the hotel what amenities are not available due to “full property” transformation. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool only to get informed the day before our check in that the pool was not available. A little too late for me to cancel (and get my full refund back) and book elsewhere. Bad timing on the management to schedule maintenance when a a major concert was going to happen a couple of minutes away, and that was one of the many reasons we booked with...
