”We needed a place in the springs to spend a few days acclimating before heading higher for a Breckenridge wedding (we're from CT shoreline - traveling from 52' to 10,000' had us nervous(This property was a perfect base of operations for us - able to visit, and see the sights in Co Spring *and a day trip to Cripple Creek to find the troll (worth it!)Nica and clean, well appointed, and it seems to be larger than we thought it would be. ”

”We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was very clean and the atmosphere was bright and very comfortable. Marta, our host, was very friendly and responsive to any question or need that we might have had. She made us feel extremely welcome and cared for. Having a kitchen greatly served our purposes, and helped us to save on meals. I think the rental provided a good value for us. If we come back to Colorado Springs, Marta’s place will be first on our list to seek availability.”

”The location, on the edge of the business district, was perfect since it was walkable to the shops and restaurants but on a quieter block with easy parking. Our suite was gorgeous and cozy. ”Very comfortable place. Easy access to old Colorado City and Manitou Springs for shopping and Garden of the Gods is just up the road. We travel with our Dog and the 'grassy' patches for her to go was scarce, but we made due. The laundry facility is super nice. Towels were plentiful, water pressure was great compared to some VRBO's I've been in. ”

”It was nice and clean and well kept. The host was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood looked a little if'y at first, but it was really quite and was great. And the only other thing is the parking is tight due to a metal container set right were you park. But is all worked out. I would recommend this as a good place to stay.”
