This home is designed for real stays, not quick pass-throughs. With five true bedrooms and two full bathrooms, everyone has room to sleep well and recharge.

Thoughtful essentials are provided to ensure you enjoy a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality, PFAS-free ceramic cookware, a Brita water filter pitcher, electric tea kettle, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a basic selection of spices and herbs for easy meals at home. Coffee lovers will appreciate high-quality organic coffee, while tea drinkers can enjoy a curated selection of six Stash teas, along with sugar, creamer, and raw organic honey.

The bathroom is stocked with premium shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, plus a hair dryer, iron and ironing board for longer stays or events.

For day-to-day ease, you’ll also find Clorox cleaning wipes, broom and dustpan, vacuum, and wet mop, making it simple to keep the space tidy during your stay.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire main house, including all bedrooms, both kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, garage, driveway, and fenced yard.

The hot tub is located on the rear patio and is shared only with guests in the detached cottage at the back of the property. There is no interior connection between the main house and the detached cottage.

Please treat the hot tub as a shared, community-minded amenity: rinse before entering, towel-dry before returning indoors, keep music and conversation at a courteous volume, and leave the space exactly as you found it so everyone can enjoy a serene soak.

Over the past 5+ years and hundreds of hosted stays, many guests have loved that this setup naturally creates a light, friendly resort vibe, where respectful mingling can turn into great conversation and even new friends.

Other things to note
Pets: Up to 2 dogs are welcome. Pet fee is $75 per pet per stay. Dogs must be house trained and may not be left alone in the home at any time.

Hot tub: The hot tub is available 24/7 and is shared only with the detached rear cottage. Quiet hours are observed. Please keep voices low, follow posted spa guidelines, and be respectful of other guests.

Stairs: The home has multiple levels, and stairs are required between floors.

Security: One exterior security camera is installed above the front door only. There are no interior cameras.

Smart Lock: A unique entry code linked to your phone number will be activated on your check-in date and automatically deleted at checkout.
