Whole‑house water softener plus a second filter at the kitchen sink for drinking water. Central A/C and heating.

**Family‑friendly layout:** Upstairs you’ll find the master king suite with ensuite bath, a queen bedroom, a second living room with a 65" TV and pull‑out couch, and a fully-stocked laundry room. The basement has a second master queen, a 3‑bed kids’ room with indoor games, a third living room with a 50" TV, a bar/kitchenette w/mini fridge, workout equipment, and a full bath — perfect for multi‑generational stays or groups.
