Tervetuloa viehättävään omakotitaloon, joka sijaitsee tarkalleen puolivälissä Broadmoor-hotellin ja keskustan välillä, noin 2 mailia kumpaankin suuntaan. Tämä koti on kaksi makuuhuonetta, yksi kylpy, tyynynpäällä kuningatar makuuhuoneessa ja kaksi kaksoset toisessa makuuhuoneessa. Voit nauttia kauniisti maisemoiduista tontteista, joissa on painopiste terassilla, huvimaja ja suuri nurmikko, jota ympäröivät viheriöt täynnä marjoja. Koirat ovat tervetulleita lisämaksulla 50 dollaria per lemmikki ja siellä on täysin suljettu takapiha, jossa on 6 jalkaa aidat. Se sijaitsee kätevästi 3 korttelin päässä ostos- ja ruokailumahdollisuuksista, joihin kuuluvat ainutlaatuiset ravintolat, Bristolin panimo ja Ivywild-koulu, joka on paikallinen kokoontumispaikka ja tapahtumakeskus. Host is very pleasant and is interested in guest comfort. Property was clean. Ceiling and door heights could be a problem for people over 6’2”. Washer/dryer are new and clean but they are located in a basement accessible from outside.

House is cozy… very nicely decorated. Only complaint was it is on a corner with one street being a main thoroughfare, and was noisy at times. Location in Colorado Springs is an old neighborhood - we really enjoyed walking and viewing the gardens. Safeway real close. The beds are high so getting on them was an adventure until we got the hang of it!

With easy access to Interstate 25 and a perfectly manicured lot, this home was perfectly relaxing for the busy days my stay required. We were less than 20 minutes from all the most interesting things to see. The home had everything we needed - comfy beds, a relaxing living area and outdoor ares for downtime and a functional kitchen. Kudos to the owner, who kept us informed of a minor service outage, even though it did not impact our stay. I highly recommend it here!

Great location.

Lori was a perfect host and met our every need! You couldn't ask for a better host! The location was close to all the activities we were there to visit. Our Great Grandchildren was comfortable playing in the yard and watching childrens programs on the TV. We brought their mother to the Springs 21 years ago when she was her daughters age! Stay in Colorado springs

Took an anniversary trip with my husband to Colorado Springs and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house was clean, well organized, and had all necessary amenities. It was 10 minutes from Manitou Springs, pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Only thing we would’ve preferred was a more remote street as there was some traffic. Lori was a great host, answered all our questions and was accommodating. Would stay again!

Cozy cottage getaway

Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath house had everything we needed for a week in Colorado Springs. Located with easy access to highway, the house was private, quiet, and fantastically cool during the most recent heatwave. Beds were super comfy and the desk in the master provided plenty of room for work. Enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings. Very close to restaurants and south end of Colo Springs activities. Host was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Plan to stay here again if we visit for an extended period of time.

Cute house for a weekend away

An amazing house with a beautiful trades yard (including 2 baby deer that were regular visitors). Couldn’t have asked for a better location to explore Colorado Springs. Close to shops and restaurants and easy access to the highway. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here next time I’m in Colorado Springs!

Perfect cottage

We have stayed at this location twice because it is a perfect place for us. It has a nice, fenced backyard for our pets and enough room to have our kids/grandkids stop by for a cookout. We feel like we are home when we stay at Lori's house. We will always stay here when visiting the kids, if it is available.

Really enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs! The location and house we stayed in was clean and well decorated. Just a word o advice for any tall people, the ceiling is extremely low. I’m 6’7” and the only complaint from me was the head clearance. , I was hitting for head on everything.

Charming home

The location of the property proved to be very beneficial during our time in Colorado Springs. Close to everything! The home has a large driveway ensuring off-street parking for convenience and peace of mind. Updated interior throughout home provides fresh feel and home was stocked with amenities which made our stay very pleasant. Outdoor sitting areas in both front and back of the property. Delightful! Definitely a property we would stay at again if in the Colorado Springs area. For individuals who love hiking amongst the trees consider visiting the Cheyenne Canon Park (do not confuse this with the Cheyenne Mountain State Park). My husband did mix the two up and I'm glad he did. The City Park, Cheyenne Canon Park was a wonderful park to drive through with multiple spots to park and hit the trails. Take Cheyenne Blvd (which is just a block north of this property. Follow Cheyenne Blvd west until your come to Starsmore Discovery Center. Take a right which puts you onto N. Cheyenne Canon Rd which takes you to the park.

Wonderful

The property is beautiful from the moment you pull up. Very well maintained. Even though you're close to a main street and a lot of businesses, the fencing and the trees and bushes that surround the property make you feel like you are very much secluded from all that. When you enter the property even though the square footage is small they do such a great job of Furnishing and using that square footage that you don't feel like you're in a tiny little place. The decor is lovely. The beds are comfortable. The cute little back yard is perfect. I will say if you have a smaller dog bring a leash just in case. They do have a wooden privacy fencing all around but the fencing at the edge of the driveway is more wrought iron looking and my dog was small enough to fit through. But the average dog should have no problem. Overall it was a great stay and if I needed to I would stay here again.
