”Pros and cons, the location was great for us. It is on a busy street but we were mostly out back. The mostly enclosed back porch was filthy. Stack of extra chairs and a folding table were unusable. The dishwasher had old water in it and would not drain, we are used to doing dishes by hand but since we had a dishwasher would have been nice to use. On the other I alerted property manager of shortage of TP and there was a pack on the front porch in just a few minutes. I had been told there was a...

”Sadly we had a mediocre stay, for this price point you would expect appliances / house to function smoother. The fridge door takes some effort to shut properly, coffee table is broken, the portable AC won’t cool the space, gate to the side area is also difficult to open. The area was super nice and walkable.The hosts were super communicative and helpful throughout our stay, the place was just not as we expected it to be.”

”Met my needs and location was perfect - within a few minutes away from my son's home. The building is old and very small - the description was accurate. The host was great. Quick to respond and helpful. I didn't prepare meals there so can't comment on how the kitchen is furnished. The age and condition of the building I'd rate a 3 so don't expect too much.”
