”This was such a great hotel for our family. The kids had fun at the arcade. The pools were the perfect temperature. Hot tubs were great. We had such a relaxing time. My only critique would be that I wish the bar across from the arcade was open and our room didn’t have AC.”

”The staff upon check in was disinterested, hard to hear, and didn't provide a lot of information on the property. The room was beautiful but there were cobwebs in the light fixtures and deer head hanging over the fireplace. There was water damage in the drop down ceiling tiles and when brought to property's attention they entered a work order but gave no concessions due to presenting such shabby bathroom accomodations. Window in adjoining suite has to be pushed closed from the outside. Mold in sauce pan in cupboard. Dogfood on the floor. No communication with the host after we booked the condo.
