”Staff are so helpful and lovely, the hotel itself is incredibly clean and comfortable ”

”A great hotel, especially considering the price. We had a minor issue with our room upon first arriving but the staff were on it instantly and we were offered another room immediately, as well as being showered with apologies. The bed was large and very comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. The only criticism I would have is the shower pressure was a little low. The breakfast was great with plenty of options and it all seemed very good quality. All in all I'd highly recommend this...

”Very Christmassy when I stayed ! Awesome ”

”A tastefully and comfortably modernised pub in a somewhat downbeat village near the M1 and airport but surprisingly quiet. The M1 is white noise in the background. I couldn't hear the planes. Rooms in the pub's grounds were comfortable with parking right outside and the food was amazing, including breakfast. No soggy mushrooms! If I was a lone female traveller I would feel particularly safe here. Very happy that we broke our journey overnight and will definitely do so again. ”

”Clean room. Great breakfast. Only a short walk into the city centre along the canal. Navigation pub worth a visit next to canal on route to the Jerusalem!”

”The gentleman that checked us in was helpful, kind and very polite. Then after not the most amazing stay with a boiler problem and cold showers, also no heating in the room, (it was cold), we were apologised too and refunded our breakfast. We will give this hotel another chance but were close to not doing so.”

”Way too Many stairs......Staff great and very helpful. lovely unit but please replace the carpet as even though it's cleaned every day, it still looks dirty.....”

”Shared a room with three adults during Download festival. Pros: Hotel was conveniently located and everything worked well, staff were friendly and hot shower for everyone. Room was sufficiently spacious to fit three adults and their luggage during a 4 night stay. Cons: Spare bed (cot bed) had some sharp edges and was of course not the most comfortable sleep for 4 nights. ”
