”Beautiful hotel in downtown Knoxville Market Square! They upgraded us to a suite upon arrival that was gorgeous! We enjoyed a drink in the bar and loved their secret Speakeasy! Will definitely stay here again!”

”We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!”

”Stayed in this fun hotel for one night on our way to Charlotte. It’s right downtown and very close to UT Knoxville. Walked across the street to a fun restaurant. Staff was super helpful, hotel was very clean. The rooftop bar is a must as the views are good and it’s a fun place to hang out. I highly recommend staying here.”

”The rooms were spacious, updated and very clean. Zach at the front desk was a wonderful host for the weekend. ”

”Good breakfast with long availability. Friendly staff. Clean well kept. Light in bathroom on motion detector flooding room with light incredibly bright. Waking everyone up. This was the only thing I was dissatisfied with. ”

”The room was clean but the mattress was very worn where you lay on one side and roll to the center, very soft. We dont need CC but could not get it off the tv, after numerous tries. The worst thing though was at 9:30pm a man was polishing the floors with a very loud machine and at 10:15 pm I called the front desk and said he has to stop. Considering how loud the machine is the time to polish the floors is 11am- 3pm, when no one is trying to sleep.”

”A nice variety for breakfast from waffles to a cheese omelet, Fresh fruit, pastries and cereals. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Their indoor pool was warm and sparkling.”

”I have stayed at "nicer" hotels that weren't as clean as this property. Comfortable beds, easy parking, good breakfast. No complaints and would stay here again without hesitation.”

”Great customer service. The room itself was nice, except it appeared that my shower could have use a little attention around the edges and where the soap goes. Other than that the room was well kept. The only other issue I had was with the hall floor on the 4th floor needs to be cleaned as it was stained throughout. Everything else was fine as microwaves for each room should come soon.”

”I didn’t realize it wasn’t a free continental breakfast. Hotel was nice, but the area was a little concerning. Continual foot traffic on the street in front, looked like homeless people looking for resources. I don’t know, but it certainly raised awareness for me.”
