”Hotel was perfect for a weekend away. Lobby was clean and well organized for the breakfast and staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate one meal at the saloon and had a very tasty flat bread pizza. Our only complaint was that somewhere in a room close by an alarm clock went off at midnight both nights. Since we were the only guest there the first night we figured it was in an empty room. We left a note for the staff to correct. The alarm ran for about an hour so...

”The hotel is just as charming as it appeared in the pictures, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotless. Heated tile floor in the bathroom was a wonderful surprise! Hotel Elliott delivered on everything in a small, cozy room. The location downtown is central to everything, breakfast is better than average, and the coffee was excellent. All in all, it was a great place to stay and I will definitely be back!”

Cape Disappointment Light House is located on the mouth of the Columbia River. It is accessible to the public from the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center by foot only. Approximately a kilometer hike from the parking lot that offers spectacular views of the mouth of the Columbia and the Pacific Ocean. It is near this point that Lewis and Clark first viewed the Pacific Ocean on their 1805 exploration.
