”Ray at the front desk was great - very pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast choices were great. The lady putting the food out was helpful in answering my question. The rooms had hardwood floors so I could hear the activity/movements in the room above us. We were there for the weekend and I was disappointed that my dirty towels had not been picked up and new ones had not be issued, nor were the trashcans emptied. Ray did give me clean towels upon request though.”

”The floors, even though were mopped still left your socks and feet dirty. The coffee at the breakfast bar was almost undrinkable. The room cleaners were nice and courteous. Linda was especially nice and friendly. She did a great job cleaning the room. We bought trash bags to empty out the 2 small trash cans into on Wednesday and put it under the bathroom sink, when we left on Sunday morning, it was still there even though they had come into the room and put soap and tissues in there on Saturday....

”This stay was as expected. Despite a recent renovation, their television is unable to cast to your phone to stream or have any WiFi connection. The room only had one dresser drawer and it was small. The tile was cracked on the bathroom floor and tub. Our sheets had small stains.
There was a weird sound like a cricket when we slept and couldn’t figure out the source.
The shower also made a weird noise equivalent to a cow bell.
Mini fridge and microwave could have been cleaned better.

”Remodeling is taking place so there is a lot of containers in the parking lot. The room was nice, but the sink faucet had a leak and the toilet paper dispenser was held on by silicone and would fall out of the wall when toilet paper was pulled. The breakfast was better than I expected. Hopefully, once the remodeling is done, my complaints will be resolved.”
