”They let us book a room online for 400. When we showed up 2 hours later. At midnight, there was no rooms.
Maybe call your customer to let them know. Terrible customer service. And who books rooms and takes your money when they have no rooms.”

”This is a must-stay when traveling through Kimberly! The attention to detail throughout the entire property was exceptional. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.
Cole was absolutely fabulous and incredibly helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The coffee station was a fun touch, especially with the cream frother, and my son loved the freshly baked cookies.
Our room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Even the pull-out sofa...

”Older place with updated rooms and amenities. It appeared to be well kept and clean. There are a few games in the common area, a fairly well-equipped gym, and a station with tea, coffee, and other drinks. Although it is along the crowsnest highest it was fairly quiet at night even with a room facing the street.”
