”Toivoimme rauhallista huonetta ylemmistä kerroksista ja saimme sen, kiitos. Pääkatujen puoleisiin alempiin kerroksiin emme menisi. Hotellin sijainti rauhallisessa ympäristössä miellytti. Illallakin oli rauhallista liikkua. Lähistöllä on runsaasti hyviä ravintoloita ja kauppoja sekä komea museo ROM. Palvelu on ystävällistä ja asiallista. Sisustus on jo hieman vanhaa, mutta ilmeisen laadukasta, jota ei niin usein tarvitsekaan uusia. Menemme mielellämme uudestaan.”

”Such a cozy comfy spot. They upgraded us for free to a beautiful, huge suite. It’s outdated but the sumptuous luxury still shines through. We got croissants and muffins fresh & hot from the oven- delicious! HVC worked great. Bed was so comfy. Everything stocked you need in luxurious bathroom. Easy upgrade suggestions would be more electric outlets for plugging in modern necessities such as phone, computer. We were treated royally & wish we we’re staying much longer& could dine as well.
