”Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. ”

”The front desk staff and the manager was rude, she would not even look at me while talking . I called in the morning they said my room was ready to check in. I arrived early and they said it wasn’t anymore so I had to wait in my car. I asked why nobody called to tell me it wasn’t ready anymore and the manager said “we don’t call people”.
