2. What household supplies are included? -- Guests have access to shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent.

3. What does the kitchen include?--The kitchen is fully stocked with a toaster, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, pots and pans, utensils, dinnerware, cutlery, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

4. Do you allow pets? -- Yes! We welcome up to 2 pets per reservation for a $100 fee per stay.

5. What are the check-in and check-out times? -- Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Self-check-in instructions are provided for your convenience.

6. Can I check in early? -- Early check-in may be available for an additional fee of 50% of the daily rate if the previous night is unbooked.

7. How fast is the internet? -- Our WiFi offers speeds up to 500 Mbps, making it perfect for streaming and working remotely.

8. What type of property is this? -- The DWTN Haus is a two-story multifamily residential property. You are booking the third unit, located at the back of the building. This listing includes exclusive access to the 584 unit and all common areas within that space.

9. How does parking work? -- Free off-street parking is available for one vehicle behind the house, with additional free street parking in front.

10. Do you allow parties? -- Parties are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings or unregistered guests will result in fines and immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

11. Do you offer laundry? -- We have a laundry room available for guests upon request with access to laundry detergent.

You have access to the entire unit, including all 4 bedrooms, the dining area, and kitchen, plus the patio and common areas located at the entrance.

All the bedrooms are for short-term rentals so we're not on the premises. However, we're always just a quick message away, so feel free to reach out to us via Airbnb app or website at any time. We usually reply messages right away from 9am to 9pm.
