Comprised of 2 completely separate homes that can be booked individually, German Charm 1 and German Charm 2, guests now have the flexibility and convenience to book both together, where the entire property becomes yours for the duration of your stay. As you wander into and through the Village, you'll discover a delightful mix of locally owned shops, cozy cafes, and authentic German eateries, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of the immigrants who originally settled here. The neighborhood's crown jewel is Schiller Park, a lush green space perfect for picnics, outdoor theater performances, and quiet moments by the pond. Nearby, the Book Loft, a sprawling 32-room bookstore, invites book lovers to lose themselves in its literary labyrinth.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in each home.
• Street parking available for 2 vehicles in the front of the home. Additional street parking where permitted available on a first come, first served basis.
• Fireplaces are decorative only – not available for guest use.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras. The first is located at the front of the building, actively monitoring the walkway into the unit. The second dis located at the back of the building, actively monitoring the walkway and yard. The third is located at the side entrance for Unit 2 (#98), actively monitoring the walkway into unit 2.
• This home is a parent/combined unit of German Charm 1 and German Charm 2. Smaller groups are encouraged to book one of the individual units.
