Clean. Well appointed. Amazing Hosts!’i

The hosts were very responsive. They were able to reset the Nest thermostat remotely ensuring my comfort. Super comfortable king size bed. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. I especially appreciated the in house washer and dryer and that there pods available. This is seriously the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. I appreciated the dining and entertainment suggestions. I will definitely stay here again!

Well Beyond all Expectation

I can’t imagine a better spot to stay in Columbus. The apartment itself was comfy, extremely clean, and absolutely adorable - and bigger than expected. It’s located in a home nestled in a neighborhood that my daughter and I fell head over heels for. It’s quiet and so safe that we took a nighttime stroll around to see the Halloween decorations. Parking is a cinch, it’s close to everything we needed, and the hosts are perfectly communicative. Can you tell we were pleased with our stay?

Nice Stay

We stayed two nights. Super cute house/flat in quiet neighborhood. Didn’t use the kitchen but it was equipped with everything you’d need to make an easy meal. Easy checkin and honors checked in after arrival to make sure we were good.

Extended Weekend Getaway

Staying here was one of our easiest and most worry free experiences. Easy parking, everything in working order, easy entry / checkin, well furnished, stocked with miscellaneous items you need to make your stay easier. It was centrally located to many Columbus attractions. Highly recommend.

Notwithstandng the last-minute postponement of the Springsteen concert, our primary reason for traveling to Columbus, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Towne Place/Modern European. Our hosts were very welcoming and communicative before, during, and after our stay. The keyless entry system worked flawlessly throughout our entire stay. The unit is clean and comfortable, with a fully-equipped kitchen if you plan to cook at home. Such strong water pressure in the shower is always a plus. The nearby Upper Cup and Hang Over Easy were both excellent. We enjoyed the diversity of the neighborhood, in both its architecture (never seen two-story shotgun houses anywhere else) and populace. The unit is also within walking distance of downtown and the German Village (try both Schmidt's Sausage House, and the Bookloft with its 32 rooms of books). We hope that we will be able to book this unit again upon our return to Columbus in the not-too-distant future. NOTE: everyone in Columbus is extremely friendly, including our hosts, personnel at the state capital, servers, bartenders, and other retail staff. They are so friendly that at times we felt like we had crossed the border into Canada.

Great weekend getaway!

The check in process was super easy and so was parking. The place was clean and smelled great! I forgot my makeup wipes and there was a specific towel in the bathroom just for makeup. It’s the little details like that that made our stay here so perfect. The bed is super cozy and the neighborhood feels safe and is beautiful. This location is so close to so many fun activities. We will definitely be staying again!

We had a blast in Columbus over our long weekend stay with Joe and Ketevan! The space was clean and comfortable, and centrally located which made for easy travel around the city. Communication with the host was great - they made check-in and out a breeze and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Such a cool older home in a great neighborhood. The apartment was furnished very well, with a lot of nice amenities. The hosts seemed to think of everything. All the cabinets were labeled, making it easy to find what we needed. Plus, the instructions left by the hosts were so helpful with everything from using the thermostat to finding a great place to eat in the neighborhood. I'm not sure when the next time we will be in Columbus but would love to stay in this location again.

Cute place to stay!

We were looking for a somewhat inexpensive place to stay for a few days while visiting Columbus for a meeting and then a day at COSI. This place was cute, charming, and clean! They had a wooden Tic Tac Toe game that my six year old loved, everything I needed in the kitchen to make dinner on the second night with the food I brought, the bed was super comfortable, and the people in the neighborhood were super friendly (my child engaged everyone walking by in conversation one afternoon and they all stopped to chat). The communication with the hosts was fantastic, and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay in this place. Super clean, updated, nice amenities, and charming location. The only downside was some noise from the upstairs dwelling, but wasn’t too much of an issue. Would stay again.
