Bathrooms: We have two full bathrooms, one on the second floor and another on the third floor, each equipped with towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner—everything you need for your stay!

1. What linens are included? – We provide all linens for beds, as well as 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels per bed.

2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, you can also find paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap.

3. What does the kitchen include? – The kitchen is stocked with the following: toaster, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, various size pots & pans, utensils to cook, dinnerware set, cutlery, kettle, and coffee maker.

4. Do you allow pets? – Yes, we do have a pet fee of $100 per stay. We allow up to 2 pets per reservation.

5. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must check-out no later than 11:00 AM. If you need to check-in super late that is not a problem, just follow the self-check-in instructions.

6. Is an early check-in possible? You can check with us. If we have the day before available, we can block it for you and offer early check-in for 50% of the daily rate.

7. How many bathrooms are in the house? 2 bathrooms.

8. What type of unit is this one? You are renting the entire side of a duplex property. You have access to all of the rooms and common areas for the right side of the house. The porch and back parking area are shared with the other side of the duplex.

9. How fast is the internet? Our download speed is as fast as 175Mbps. The service is very reliable, and the WiFi reaches all areas of the house, including all bedrooms. We have had a lot of guests who are traveling for work and they do their work from home with no issues.

10. Do you offer laundry? We have a laundry room available for guests upon request.

11. How does the parking work? There is free off-street parking available behind the house for up to one vehicle. Additional street parking can be found in front of the house.

12. Do you allow parties? We do not allow parties under any circumstances. If there is a party or any unauthorized guests who are not on the original reservation, there will be a fine and your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Please respect this rule and our neighbors."

You are renting the entire right side of a duplex. You have access to all of the rooms and common areas. Please note that the basement is only for housekeeping use only. The porch and rear parking is shared with the other side of the duplex.

If you are driving in, there is free street unlimited time parking available in the area + off street parking behind the house.
