Vic. Village Carriage House

This newly renovated 2BD/2BA carriage house is the perfect home base for your next trip to Columbus! Centrally located near the Short North, you`ll be close to local restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and plenty of neighborhood gems.

This beautiful space includes a modern kitchen, large TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi, and comfortable living spaces.

The first bedroom is located downstairs upon entering the carriage house and features a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is located upstairs with the rest of the main living space. A second full bathroom is also located upstairs and is shared with the main living area.

One designated parking space onsite in the garage directly below the carriage house is included with your stay. Parking for additional vehicles is not guaranteed, so please plan accordingly if you`re traveling with more than one vehicle.
No Smoking or Vaping
For everyone’s comfort, please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the suite. A $500 deep cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.

Guests & Occupancy
Please do not exceed the number of guests listed on your reservation.

Pets
We love being able to host your pets! Please help us maintain cleanliness during and after your stay — if additional cleaning is required, an extra cleaning fee may apply.

Cleaning
If extra cleaning is needed beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee of $100 per hour may apply.

Weather & Power Outages
We’re unable to provide refunds for weather events or power outages. Travel insurance is recommended to help protect your plans.

Weapons
For the safety and comfort of all guests, weapons or firearms are not permitted on the property. Anyone found carrying weapons will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

No Parties or Events
Please, no parties or large gatherings. A $2,500 fine may apply if this rule is broken.
