”Good value”

”I loved our room so cozy, comfortable and clean. I really didn’t wanna leave but work called so in a few minutes. I was up, showered and out the door to eat breakfast and my favorite part was the waffle and coffee. Next time I am in Brookshire I definitely will be staying there.”

”My luggage was on the bed for less than 3 minutes before turning around and leaving to find a different hotel. Walls show the wear of 20 years, room smelled musty, AC replaced musty smell with extra musty smell, carpet was slick, bathroom floor was dangerously slippery, no water in bathroom, key car envelope was well-used previously with more than my room number in it. But the staff and manager were very nice and access to highway was quick.”

”The lady at the desk was very rude and not helpful. My Mom and I are both disabled and we were put in the very back section of the hotel on the second floor so it was a very long way to walk. (Even though they had been notified) Also the handicap parking spot on our side of the building had pallets of something covered with a tarp in it so I had to park way on the other side of the buildings. The room itself and the cleaning staff were fine. No complaints about the room itself.”
