Ice box didn't work. No light in coffee area . Our trash was not emptied the whole time we was there three days two nights bed not made. The light in the area where the sleeper couch was (the main one for the room) wouldn't go off with the switch by the door. Maintenance came. I was told there was a short in the...

”The pool was not opened they said that the pump was broken. So that was a bummer. Not to mention that the TV did not work either. Whenever I complained about the TV they said there was nothing they could do. I did ask the switch room so we can have a TV any. When I was showering the shower head came off and hit me the head. But the worst thing was the way the staff were so rude. We used to stay here all the time that used to be a nice place :-(”

When we asked for a new room, even though the place was only half full, he was hesitant to give us a new room, but eventually he did. When we went to shower in the new room, which had a filthy bathroom, the towels literally stank horribly and were dirty and moldy, and when we went to get clean towels the two people working there became very angry and refused to give us...
