Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C. The switching on period and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

The accommodation is located a few minutes walk from Lago delle Nazioni, an oasis of tranquility surrounded by nature, perfect for walking, water sports, pedal boat excursions or bird watching. Around the lake there is a sports center with activities for adults and children, as well as bars and restaurants on the lakefront.

Lido delle Nazioni is one of the liveliest locations of the Seven Lidi of Comacchio, developed in the 1960s as a modern and functional tourist resort. The name itself recalls the international openness of the location, designed to welcome tourists from all over Europe. The area is also rich in history, a few kilometers from Comacchio, known as the little Venice, and not far from the archaeological treasures of the ancient Etruscan Spina.

- From Bologna Marconi Airport, approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes by car;



- For those traveling by car, the apartment has free and guaranteed private parking. In addition, in the streets surrounding the property there are several free parking lots.
