”Our stay was okay, staff were in fact very friendly. There was a bad storm and our room flooded. When we went to front desk we were just given towels to throw in floor and told there was nothing else that can be done. No other accommodations were offered. We slept in a ramp humid room and were worried that our things would get ruined so we put everything up on the counters and tables and away from windows. We were going to stay 2 nights but decided to leave the next day and the front desk was...

”I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room did not appear to be properly cleaned, and the mattresses were especially concerning. Upon inspection, we found signs of poor cleanliness and even discovered a bed bug, which is completely unacceptable.
A clean and safe sleeping environment should be the minimum expectation for any hotel guest. Finding a bed bug not only ruined our stay but also caused a great deal of stress and concern about bringing them home with us.
